UK boardrooms will not face gender quotas
The lack of female representation was highlighted recently after research by Cranfield University reported that just 12.2 per cent of FTSE 100 directors were women in 2009, dropping to 7.3 per cent in the FTSE 250, while almost half do not have any women in the boardroom.
